About the Role Lead software development initiatives within KPMG's Tax Technology Practice, designing software architecture using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies, and guiding cross-functional teams through delivery. This role emphasizes cloud-native development, DevOps, and Agile practices to build scalable solutions. What You'll Do
- Execute software development projects for various product lines within the Tax Technology Practice.
- Design software architecture based on Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
- Leverage Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies to deliver projects.
- Create database schemas, develop stored procedures, and work with JSON and JSONB.
- Coordinate development teams, delegate tasks, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Guide development teams in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications built on Microsoft Azure, Angular, .NET, .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, and modern SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Travel to various locations as required. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience executing software development projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong design skills for software architecture using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with database design, stored procedures, and JSON/JSONB data types.
- Proficiency with Angular, .NET, .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, and modern SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with unit testing processes and debugging cloud-based applications.
