About the Role The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client end, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance across the software development life cycle. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions; ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze client requirements, study data flows and work processes, and translate them into feasible designs
- Perform coding and module development; create and execute test cases and scenarios; automate validation
- Investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, fix bugs, and adapt software for new hardware or interfaces
- Document specifications, architecture, and code; prepare reports; maintain clear replication patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; provide status updates and regular feedback
- Participate in continuous education and learning to stay current with best practices and programming languages
- Support customer interactions through email, calls, and issue tracking; ensure timely responses and satisfaction What We're Looking For
- Strong programming knowledge; familiarity with multiple languages, tools, and quality standards
- Experience with SDLC, testing, debugging, and automated validation; capability to design test cases and scenarios
- Ability to analyze requirements, perform root-cause analysis, and propose design improvements
- Proficiency in CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and basic system integration
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality Nice to Have
