About the Role MTSI is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the development of simulation environment plugins in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on building modular, high-quality software that powers our simulation capabilities and internal tools. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain plugins for simulation environments
- Collaborate with software and systems engineering teams to integrate plugins with existing frameworks
- Debug, test, and optimize plugin components for performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a strong development culture What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with object-oriented languages such as C++, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with plugin architectures and simulation environments is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work on-site in Dayton, OH
