About the Role Join D2L as a Software Developer (New Graduate). You will help advance education technology, working on distributed systems, automated test development, user interfaces, mobile and cloud computing. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and test developers to build solutions used by millions. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with technical product managers, designers and test developers to build robust software.
- Analyze and decompose problems into potential technical solutions and implement them using OO design and languages like C++, C#, or Java.
- Work across a broad stack including distributed systems, automated test development, user interfaces, mobile and cloud computing.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate to ensure the right solutions are built.
- Thrive in a hybrid work environment with a mix of in-office and remote work. What We're Looking For
- Ability to analyze and decompose problems into potential technical solutions.
- Proficient coding skills in C++, C# or Java.
- Strong CS foundation: data structures, algorithms, databases, distributed systems.
- Experience in software development, preferably in a technology-focused company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; completed in 2025. Nice to Have
- Acumen with Artificial Intelligence tools. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: CAD 75,000 – 85,000 per year.
