Software Developer

About the Role

Join Nestoil Group as a Software Developer responsible for guiding complex applications, designing and coding across the Software Development Life Cycle, and supporting SharePoint Online deployments, SAP ByD, and analytics platform users. You will collaborate with the SharePoint team and stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions and ensure end-user success. What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance on complex applications programming projects and participate in all SDLC phases.

• Be responsible for design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.

• Plan and execute enterprise Microsoft SharePoint strategy and actively lead deployment of SharePoint modern intranet and Team sites in SharePoint Online.

• Provide technical support to SAP ByD and analytics platform users.

• Develop requirements and specifications, create test plans, perform testing, and ensure production readiness.

• Document user stories/tasks and maintain project documentation.

• Debug complex code, translate business requirements into software design, and develop robust solutions.

• Document development processes, provide SME support, and mentor SharePoint team members.

• Support vendor software, install patches, and coordinate upgrades; communicate changes to stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and support multiple-system interfaces and data integration; collaborate with stakeholders on functional issues. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.

• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and familiarity with ITIL framework.

• Certification in OO languages and/or 0365/SharePoint, UI/UX, and/or database platforms.

• 3 to 10 years of experience in application support and development; experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint.

• Proficiency with development languages/tools such as Java, C#, Python, .NET, JavaScript, PHP and database tools.

• Experience building modern SharePoint sites using out-of-the-box features; experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for dashboards and forms.

• Able to provide end-user technical support for SAP ByD ERP and analytics platforms; comfortable with data migration and end-user training.

• Strong documentation, testing, and problem-solving skills; ability to act as SME and collaborate with stakeholders.
