- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with software development and language stacks (e.g., Java, C++, Python) as applicable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dayton, OH or relocate as needed. Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, or DoD/IC-related projects.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
