About the Role The Software Delivery Lead is responsible for delivery predictability, readiness discipline, and execution orchestration for complex, embedded, and regulated software programs. This role does not include people management or technical design authority; instead, it ensures software work starts ready, progresses predictably, risks are surfaced early, and delivery trade-offs are clearly framed for decision-making. What You'll Do
- Own planning and delivery for assigned software programs by defining readiness criteria before execution, tracking milestones, and using delivery indicators to surface risks early.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for software delivery status, planning coordination, and cross-functional dependencies; consolidate inputs into leadership-ready updates and create dashboards to communicate progress and risks; ensure consistent messaging.
- Lead structured scope change impact assessments across schedule, capacity, cost, dependencies, and risk; support delivery-level resource planning and budget tracking; frame trade-off options and support resets when required.
- Coordinate dependencies across software, hardware, systems, quality, regulatory, and operations; remove blockers or escalate when resolution exceeds team authority; support multiple projects in parallel as needed. What We're Looking For

- Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
