About the Role Join Paga as Software Architect to own end-to-end software systems for enterprise-grade financial platforms, providing technical leadership and ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end design and implementation for major platform areas or services, with cross-functional oversight of data management, DevOps, and infrastructure.
- Define and drive the technical vision, ensure performance, reliability, cost, security.
- Lead one or more teams of software and database engineers, translating product goals into concrete architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and multi-functional teams to make architecture decisions under uncertain futures. What We're Looking For
- Degree in a related discipline; 10+ years of enterprise software development experience, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka; microservices; front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React); relational DBs (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL); Kubernetes, Docker; cloud (Azure, AWS).
- Ability to quickly grasp abstract concepts, own broad areas of implementation, provide technical leadership, and make trade-offs.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, ability to operate at both high and deep levels of abstraction; comfortable in high-pressure product development.
- Passion for quality and ability to elevate others on the team.
