We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud-based applications. The role combines technical leadership, architectural excellence, mentoring, and innovation to deliver effective solutions aligned with business needs.

What you will do

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Define architectural specifications (HLD/LLD), establish technical standards, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

Drive application improvements, code quality, security, and delivery consistency

Provide technical insights during refinement, feature discussions, and product planning.

Conduct POCs and identify optimal technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Mentor Entry, Junior, and Senior Developers, encouraging technical growth and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, RTEs, and cross-functional teams to define technical scope and delivery plans.

Identify technical gaps, create improvement backlogs, and drive innovation.

Promote AI adoption, modern technologies, and continuous improvement across teams.

What you bring

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years of experience in Software Architecture or technical leadership

• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications.

• Proven experience with modern architectures such as microservices, clean architecture, and event-driven systems.

• Experience in defining architectural specifications (HLD/LLD), application security, and technical standards.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable application design.

• Experience working in scaled Agile environments such as SAFe or LeSS.

• Proven ability to mentor developers and collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, RTEs, and cross-functional teams.
