Supervise soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support services to ensure compliance with site standards.

Manage and coordinate soft services contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, performance compliance, and timely issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with white-space access requirements and site protocols, maintaining cleanliness and operational integrity within critical environments.

Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence.

Support operational and client requirements through effective planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of soft services performance.

Promote and drive a strong HSE culture across all vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements.

กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานด้านบริการสายสนับสนุน (Soft Services) รวมถึงการทำความสะอาด งานแม่บ้าน การจัดการขยะ การกำจัดแมลงและแมลงศัตรูพืช ตลอดจนบริการสนับสนุนอื่นๆ ภายในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของพื้นที่

บริหารและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการ (Vendors) ด้าน Soft Services เพื่อส่งมอบบริการที่มีคุณภาพ เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงการดำเนินงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างทันท่วงที

ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดในการเข้าพื้นที่ White Space (พื้นที่ส่วนการทำงานของระบบห้องเซิร์ฟเวอร์/ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์) และระเบียบปฏิบัติของพื้นที่ เพื่อรักษาความสะอาดและความสมบูรณ์ของระบบในพื้นที่สภาวะวิกฤต (Critical Environments)

ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ประเมินคุณภาพ (Audit) และสุ่มตรวจงาน เพื่อหาแนวทางปรับปรุงและดำเนินมาตรการแก้ไข เพื่อรักษาความเป็นเลิศในการบริการ

สนับสนุนข้อกำหนดด้านการปฏิบัติงานและตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ผ่านการวางแผนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การทำรายงาน การสื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และการพัฒนาผลการดำเนินงานด้าน Soft Services อย่างต่อเนื่อง

ส่งเสริมและขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรมด้านอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (HSE) ในทุกกิจกรรมของผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยของพื้นที่และข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
