We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team.

Position: Social Worker

Provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to students.
Identify students who require additional support and follow up on their cases.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and case documentation.
Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and the Inclusion Team.
Support students with social, family, behavioral, and adjustment-related challenges.
Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate interventions and follow-up.
Support safeguarding and student well-being initiatives.
Refer cases to specialized professionals when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Good understanding of child and adolescent development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong case management, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection procedures is an advantage
