Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and execute social media strategies that grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable business results. You will own our social channels end to end, from planning and content direction to analytics and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business and brand goals
- Create and maintain a content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Content and Campaigns:
- Direct the creation of engaging content, including copy, graphics, short-form video, and stories
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce on-brand content
- Plan and run campaigns, product launches, and event coverage
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand partners
- Handle sensitive feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
