About the Role Navan’s social team is seeking a Social Media Production Manager to be the operational heartbeat and creative engine behind our brand channels. You’ll bridge the gap between brilliant ideas and flawless execution, manage internal intake, keep design and video pipelines moving, and act as our external-facing producer—sourcing top-tier creators, scouting locations, and managing talent.
You aren’t just a task-tracker; you are a hands-on fixer, a systems architect, and have internet-native taste (with receipts). You ensure our social vision survives the realities of budget and tight turnaround times, while actively contributing to the creative brainstorms. If you work in Asana but live on TikTok and Instagram, this is your role. What You'll Do
- Own production pipelines from ideation to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Manage internal intake and coordinate design and video workflows to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Act as external-facing producer: sourcing top-tier creators, scouting locations, and managing talent.
- Be a hands-on fixer and systems architect, collaborating across teams and external partners.
- Leverage Asana to track work and contribute to creative brainstorms for social channels (TikTok and Instagram). What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in social media production or production management.
- Strong project management abilities: managing intake, pipelines, budgets, and tight turnarounds.
- Experience sourcing creators, location scouting, and talent management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, editors, and external partners.
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools; comfort in an internet-native, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram platforms. Nice to Have
- Experience producing for TikTok and Instagram; hands-on video production background.
- Strong taste for internet culture and creative instincts.
