About the Role Paramount is seeking a football-obsessed Social Media Producer for CBS Sports Golazo. You will be embedded in the Golazo Network studio in Stamford, working directly alongside show producers and talent to shape how studio programming and live moments come to life on social. You’ll sit at the intersection of production, editorial, and social to deliver platform-specific content for a global football audience. What You'll Do
- Be embedded within the Golazo Network production unit in Stamford, participating in daily production meetings and live studio workflows.
- Shape how studio programming and live moments come to life on social by identifying key moments, clipping quickly, and distributing across Golazo’s social platforms.
- Independently create high-quality vertical video edits, quick-turn graphics, and behind-the-scenes content; feed social performance insights back into the production process.
- Translate live television and studio discussion into compelling, platform-specific social content to engage a global football audience. What We're Looking For
- Football fan with a deep understanding of the global football landscape—from the UEFA Champions League to domestic leagues across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.
- Strong grasp of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X as demonstrated by your portfolio.
- Ability to be a thought-partner with show producers; identify key moments from live studio shows; execute high-quality social edits; publish in real time to drive engagement with a global football audience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced studio environment; able to collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with production teams and turn live football conversation into standout social moments.
