About this role
Video and Content:
-
Edit client's talking-head reels for short-form. Add captions and on-screen text hooks that pull out the key points, without needing a written brief for each video. The client edits in Edits; you can use whatever tool you're best in.
-
Repurpose and post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and long-form), LinkedIn, X, and Threads.
-
Take content the client writes and turn it into social media carousels and CTA freebies (books and PDFs) in Canva, built to her brand colors, fonts, and style. The Client has created over 5,000 of these, so much of the work is rebranding and repurposing existing pieces, plus building new ones as needed.
-
Manage Stories on every platform that has them, daily or on the agreed cadence.
Scheduling and Growth:
-
Research, recommend, and set up one scheduling tool that posts to all seven platforms (FB, IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Threads). Keep a content calendar that's always 1–2 weeks ahead.
-
Understand and use Instagram Trial Reels to test hooks and formats with non-followers, then report what's working and push winners to the main feed.
-
Turn trend-based campaigns around fast (often within days) when a topic goes viral in the niche: Canva asset, ManyChat keyword, freebie, email delivery.
-
Track monthly performance (reach, follows, saves, shares, DMs, freebie opt-ins) and bring 2–3 recommendations to the client each month.
Copy:
- The client writes scripts, captions, and blogs. If you have proven ad copy or caption experience, you may write or tighten copy for her approval.
Email, ManyChat, and Nurture:
-
Build and maintain ManyChat keyword automations that deliver a freebie and pass the lead into ActiveCampaign.
-
Set up, maintain, and improve ActiveCampaign nurture sequences after each freebie opt-in, with calls to action for the client's programs.
-
Build and send the monthly newsletter from copy the client provides.
-
Keep lists, tags, and automations clean so nothing breaks between ManyChat and ActiveCampaign.
Funnels, Ladders, and Landing Pages (Zenler):
-
Build and maintain funnels and funnel ladders in Zenler: freebie, low-ticket offer, upsells, and the path into the client's programs and 1:1 work.
-
Build landing and sales pages on demand, including pages for courses housed in Zenler. (Course content itself is not part of this role.)
-
Help set up and run a Zenler community if the client moves forward with one.
Website, Blog, SEO, and Substack:
-
Upload the client's blog posts to her WOCODE website with SEO in place: keywords, meta titles and descriptions, headers, alt text, internal links.
-
Build out and manage a Substack page and cross-post blogs there.
-
Build landing pages on the website when needed.
Google, Yelp, and Reviews:
-
Post to Google Business Profile on a regular schedule for Maps and Search visibility.
-
Monitor and respond to Google and Yelp reviews (responses approved by the client), and keep both listings accurate.
-
Set up a system that asks clients for Google reviews and testimonials at the right moment, and collects them for use in content.
Facebook and Instagram Paid Ads (as needed):
- Set up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, run A/B split tests on creative, copy, and audiences, and review results with the client.
Client Tech support (Zenler and Practice Better):
-
Help clients with login issues, password resets, access to courses, and navigating Practice Better.
-
Respond within 48 business hours. Tech issues are rare, but you need to know both platforms well enough to solve them.
-
Use that knowledge to help optimize both platforms for leads, course delivery, and a smooth purchase experience.
Clinical Admin:
-
Remove password protection from HTMA test result files and upload them into the lab portal so the client can write the reports. Login and upload only; no patient communication.
-
Build forms, intake questionnaires, and waivers in Practice Better from information the client provides.
-
Support other back-end tech and admin tasks as the business grows.
