Responsibilities - Create photo, video, and written content for digital and social media platforms - Manage social media engagement and promote positive patient and customer experiences - Support marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach activities through content creation - Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and online reviews to strengthen brand credibility - Track content performance and prepare periodic social media reports
