Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Nigerian market across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Create, curate, and schedule localized content (posts, videos, reels, stories) that resonates with Nigerian audiences and reflects local culture, trends, and languages (English, Pidgin, and key local languages where relevant)
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Identify, brief, and manage partnerships with Nigerian influencers, content creators, and micro-influencers; negotiate collaboration terms and track ROI

  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaign launches

Requirements

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Nigerian Pidgin or a major local language is a strong advantage.
