What You'll Own

The ideal candidate could be a creator themselves: We specifically want someone who has built and scaled their own personal accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, or X) to around 5,000+ followers. Someone who has grown their own audience understands hooks, consistency, and platform algorithms from lived experience, not theory. Please treat this as a strong screening filter - ask for their profile links in the application itself.

You won't just "manage social media." You'll help shape our digital You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to create content that reaches decision-makers across the Banking, FinTech, AI, and SaaS ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Designing engaging carousels, reels, infographics, memes, and short-form videos.
• Writing crisp, compelling captions and thought-leadership content.
• Turning product launches, customer success stories, blogs, webinars, and company updates into engaging social content.
• Researching industry trends across AI, FinTech, Banking, Payments, SaaS, and Digital Transformation.
• Building and maintaining a content calendar.
• Tracking engagement, impressions, and follower growth to continuously improve content performance.
• Collaborating with designers, product managers, sales teams, and founders on campaigns.
• Experimenting with new content formats and social media trends.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Loves social media and spends time understanding what makes content perform.
• Can write clear, engaging, and creative content.
• Has an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Enjoys storytelling and simplifying complex ideas.
• Is curious about AI, Banking, FinTech, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
• Is proactive, takes ownership, and enjoys trying new ideas.
• Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience creating LinkedIn carousels or Instagram content.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Canva AI.
• A personal portfolio, social media page, blog, or content samples.
