Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit compelling short vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) at both Solstice Coffee branches.
• Strategically plan and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
• Create daily Stories and actively maintain a lively and current social media feed.
• Proactively reply to community comments and messages, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with our baristas to capture authentic, behind-the-bar moments and experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in both shooting and editing short-form videos, with a portfolio available for review.

• A keen understanding of what captures audience attention and drives engagement, including effective hooks, pacing, and current trends.

• Proven reliability and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.

• Ability to travel regularly to our Tala and Camarin branches for content creation.

• A passion for coffee or a strong curiosity and willingness to learn about the coffee industry (bonus).
