Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and manage the online presence of both companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the social media pages of BTF Edible Oil and SLF Biotechnology.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Create engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, product videos, and lifestyle content.
• Design professional graphics, flyers, adverts, and other marketing materials.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and product descriptions.
• Create, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
• Research social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and content strategies.
• Develop content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and online customer engagement.
• Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain consistent branding across both companies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.
• Ability to create quality graphics, videos, adverts, and promotional content.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
• A degree or relevant training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
