Powerhouse Admins is seeking a Social Media Manager to support our brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role focuses on content creation, engagement, and performance tracking to grow our audience and drive meaningful interactions. If you enjoy testing content, reading analytics, and turning views into real engagement, this role may be a good fit.
What You'll Do: Create and execute content strategies focused on growth and engagement; manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; monitor analytics including reach, engagement, and follower growth; adjust content based on performance data; stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform changes; engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interaction; work closely with the team to align content with brand voice and goals.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience growing social media accounts organically; strong understanding of engagement-driven content and short-form video; familiarity with analytics and performance tracking; creative, proactive, and detail-oriented; strong English communication skills; reliable and able to work independently; familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithm.
