We are hiring a remote Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of experience in social media management, community management, or related roles, and will have a solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit community culture, tone, and best practices. Experience with social listening tools and strong written communication skills are essential traits for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals
- Engage with communities, monitor conversations, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner
- Utilize social listening tools to track trends, sentiment, and performance, and report insights to inform content strategy
- Adapt the brand voice appropriately for different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit community culture, tone, and best practices
- Experience using social listening tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or similar platforms
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt brand voice across different platforms and audiences
