Job Title: Social Media Executive

Kosoko Pictures, a baby and newborn photography studio, is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand growth.

Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Create engaging content, captions, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
Monitor comments and direct messages and ensure timely, professional responses.
Research social media trends and develop creative content ideas relevant to our brand.
Track performance metrics and submit regular reports based on agreed KPIs.
Support campaigns that generate enquiries, increase bookings, and attract potential clients.
Collaborate with the creatives, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency.

Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital content creation.
Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts.
A portfolio or links to previously managed social media pages and content.
Proficiency in Canva and basic video-editing tools for creating reels and other visual content.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent writing, storytelling, communication, and proofreading skills.
Understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance.
Ability to plan content calendars, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using digital tools for planning and reporting.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, receive feedback, and remain accountable for assigned responsibilities.
Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
Experience working with photography studios, lifestyle brands, family-focused businesses, or other creative brands is an added advantage.
