Summary

• To oversee the organization's digital functions.
• The successful candidate would be responsible for managing the company’s online presence, developing engaging digital content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and promoting the company’s products and services across social media and other digital platforms.
• The role aims to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, generate leads, and support business growth.

The Key Requirements

• Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, graphics, videos, captions, and other digital content aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication across platforms.
• Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Lead Generation: Use digital marketing strategies to attract potential customers and convert online engagement into business opportunities.
• Paid Advertising: Set up and manage online advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, where applicable.
• Performance Monitoring: Track social media and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Apply basic SEO techniques to improve website visibility and online discoverability.
• Brand Management: Ensure all digital communications, visuals, and content reflect the company’s brand identity and values.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, audience behaviour, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Website Updates: Assist with website content updates, landing pages, and other digital communication materials as required.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and promotional activities.

Requirement

• A degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, SEO, and digital advertising platforms.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable marketing results.

Salary

N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
