Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Content Producer to develop, capture, and edit engaging content across social platforms. This individual will bring concepts to life through short-form video, social-first creative, and platform-native storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce short-form social content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Capture, edit, and optimize video and photo assets.
• Translate campaign briefs and brand messaging into engaging content concepts.
• Create platform-specific versions of content.
• Collaborate with social strategists, designers, copywriters, and brand teams.
• Manage content production schedules, asset organization, and approvals.
• Monitor content trends and recommend new creative approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social content production, video editing, or digital content creation experience.

• Strong portfolio of short-form video and social-first creative.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or comparable tools.

• Experience filming, editing, captioning, and formatting social assets.

• Understanding of platform best practices and engagement metrics.

• Experience with on-site content capture and brand storytelling is a plus.
