The Role…
As Social Media Manager for Hearst UK’s Entertainment portfolio, you’ll own the social strategy across Digital Spy, BEST and Inside Soap, helping grow audiences, drive traffic and revenue, and build highly engaged entertainment communities.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day social output across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest and other relevant platforms. You’ll work closely with editorial teams to identify the stories, moments and formats that will perform best socially — from breaking TV and celebrity news to soap spoilers, interviews and major entertainment moments.
This is a hands-on role, so you’ll create, edit, publish and schedule social content yourself, while using performance data to understand what’s working and where we can improve. You’ll also be a strong voice for social across the portfolio, helping shape best practice, tone and strategy across all three brands.

-
Stay close to emerging platforms, formats and trends and identify opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For…
-
Strong experience managing social media for a publisher, entertainment brand or similar consumer-facing business.
-
A genuine passion for TV, soaps, movies, celebrities and pop culture, with a strong instinct for what audiences will engage with.
