Social Listening & Digital Analytics Lead

Set up and manage the licensed social listening platform for the programme, its themes and related community activities.
Design, test and maintain Hausa search queries, including spelling variants, Hausa–English code-switching and Ajami script.
Monitor online conversation daily and issue priority alerts to the Partner within agreed timeframes.
Produce regular monitoring summaries and keep the Partner’s live dashboard current.
Track audience response to programme-related community and digital activities.
Lead the selection of listening tools and the applications for platform data access.
Contribute listening findings to periodic learning reports, the baseline report and the final report.
Required experience
Master’s Degree in Communications, Data Science, Media Studies, Social Science or a related field; PhD preferred.
At least 5 years of professional experience in social listening or media monitoring.
Hands-on use of at least one enterprise listening platform (Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch or Sprinklr).
Experience designing Boolean queries and testing them for precision and recall.
Experience monitoring Nigerian or Hausa-language online spaces.
Fluent Hausa and English.
