- Provide ground-level support for fan events, activations, and community building specifically within the Philippines.
- Assist the Social & Community campaign manager in project management and planning
About you:
- You have a proven background in social media management, community operations, or digital marketing within music, entertainment, or pop culture.
- You are highly organized, capable of handling multi-artist schedules, managing campaign timelines, tracking budgets, and meeting deliverables.
- You understand digital channel hygiene, CRM data collection, link tracking, and community moderation best practices across major social and streaming platforms.
- You enjoy diving into campaign data and social analytics to evaluate performance, report back to key stakeholders, and optimize future strategies.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and ready to assist with local fan activations, listening events, media opportunities, and community-building initiatives in Philippines.
- You are a proactive team player who communicates clearly across local, regional, and international teams, artist management, and external partners.
We’d love it if you also had:
- Experience growing or participating in fan communities
- Music or entertainment industry knowledge or experience
- Existing contacts within Philippines media, fan clubs, digital agencies, or local influencer/KOL networks.
- Prior experience collaborating within regional matrix structures (specifically ANZSEA markets).
