Job title: SoC / RTL Low-Power Expert
About the Role Marvell seeks a SoC / RTL Low-Power Expert who serves as the final technical authority for power behavior across the full silicon lifecycle. This role owns power architecture, RTL power intent, estimation, correlation, and power sign-off, including situations where specifications or workloads are evolving.
What You'll Do
- Own SoC and subsystem power architecture and power tradeoffs
- Lead and enforce low-power RTL design practices
- Drive RTL and early power estimation with realistic workload assumptions
- Own power correlation across RTL, gate, and post-PnR stages
- Serve as final escalation point for power issues
- Make and defend power sign-off and tape-out decisions
- Supervise or mentor other digital design engineers
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields and 12+ years of related professional experience
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields with 10+ years of experience
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 8+ years of experience
- Deep expertise in SoC / RTL low-power design
- Proven ownership of power closure on large designs
- Ability to predict power behavior and risks before tool analysis
- Experience resolving conflicting power data across design stages
- Trusted technical authority across architecture, RTL, verification, and physical design

- Salary range: USD 182,360 - 273,200 per year
