What You Will Be Serving Up:
Reporting and Forecasting
- Manage the development reporting and forecasting process, including consolidating market submissions, analyzing performance and trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and producing accurate forecasts against annual targets and long-term growth ambitions.
- Create and maintain a core suite of standardized reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance team productivity, accelerate decision-making, improve forecasting, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to assess new restaurant growth, reinvestment activity, and sales and investment performance. Deliver meaningful and concise insights to the Global Development Team and KFC Global Leadership Team.
