SMT Management Specialist

Position: SMT Management Specialist

Introducing the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Perform overall production operations and line management of the PCBA manufacturing process.
• Lead the establishment of quality standards, defect analysis, and improvement activities within the SMT process.
• Handle technical communication and responses with major clients (headquarters and external).
• Oversee daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of SMT equipment.
• Manage material supply plans and inventory required for the SMT process.
• Collect data and prepare reports for new line construction and process optimization.

Work Location: Ramos Manufacturing Corporation (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico)

Eligibility Essential Requirements for Screening:

• Practical work experience in manufacturing companies (regardless of career length, competency-focused)
• Able to operate and handle automated equipment (such as SMT lines)
• Capable of basic document work using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to conduct business communication in English smoothly (emails, meetings, report writing)

Preferred:

• Ability to speak Spanish (to improve local communication and work efficiency)
• Experience in manufacturing automotive electronics products
• Experience working in electronics assembly processes, such as SMT companies or PCB companies
• Knowledge of electronic assembly quality standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma or quality improvement projects
