About the Role The New Nuclear Development team supports early stages of nuclear projects, including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and gigawatt-scale facilities. This role, SME, Technical, focuses on estimating, technical leadership, constructability, and project management support to advance projects from pre-concept through FID. What You'll Do

• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary teams consisting of project controls, operations, finance, estimating, engineering, and other functional groups.
• Improve project outcomes by applying industry experience, lessons learned, innovative solutions, construction expertise, and productivity-enhancing practices.
• Manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships, resolve issues effectively, and achieve project objectives while fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with partners across multiple organizations to achieve common goals by leveraging diverse expertise, capabilities, and resources.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and communications with confidence, credibility, and technical expertise.
• Travel to client and partner locations as required to support meetings, presentations, relationship development, team-building, and related activities. What We're Looking For
