About the Role CredPal is seeking a highly driven SME Business Credit/Loan Officer to drive secured business loan disbursements across its SME and merchant portfolio. This mid-to-senior level role will originate, evaluate, and disburse secured loans while building a strong pipeline and ensuring disciplined repayment behaviors. What You'll Do
- Loan Origination & Disbursement: Source and originate secured SME loan opportunities including working capital loans, merchant financing, and asset-backed facilities; achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong and active loan pipeline from lead generation through approval and disbursement.
- Borrower Acquisition & Relationship: Identify and engage qualified SME borrowers across target sectors; build relationships with merchants, distributors, and SME operators; drive high conversion.
