Job Purpose
- Drive business growth within the SME segment through customer acquisition,
- relationship management, credit origination, portfolio management, and the delivery of tailored banking solutions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard SME customers to grow the business portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, identifyingopportunities for cross-selling and enhanced customer value. erformance.
- Drive growth in loans, deposits, and non-interest revenue in line with assigned targets.
- Ensure compliance with credit, operational, KYC/AML, and regulatoryrequirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities within the SME sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in SME, Commercial, or Business Banking, Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in customer acquisition, credit analysis, and portfolio management.
