About the Role
SMB Sales Director for the French market within Microsoft Advertising (MSA). This role focuses on driving growth for small and medium businesses by delivering Microsoft Advertising solutions as part of a broader Microsoft AI initiatives. What You'll Do

Develop and execute the go-to-market SMB sales strategy for the French market, aligning with regional goals and Microsoft Advertising objectives.

Build and manage relationships with SMB customers and partners; identify opportunities, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, and sales operations) to improve advertiser solutions and customer experience.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on performance against targets.

Represent Microsoft Advertising in France at industry events and customer meetings; stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape. What We're Looking For

Proven experience in SMB sales, ideally in advertising, digital marketing, or technology.

Strong communication and presentation skills in French; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Ability to work in a hybrid setting with 2 days in-office per week and travel less than 25%.

Self-driven, strategic thinker with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Nice to Have

Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising products, AI initiatives, Copilot, or related Microsoft technologies.
