Job title: Small Accounts Operations Specialist
About the Role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations Specialist to support and optimize the Small Accounts organization. You’ll translate strategy into scalable day-to-day operations and help ensure initiatives are implemented smoothly across markets, reporting to the Small Accounts Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
- Operational Excellence & Process Execution: Support the day-to-day execution of the Small Accounts operating model, identify inefficiencies, document and standardize scalable processes, and ensure consistent execution across markets.
- Project & Initiative Support: Coordinate operational projects, track milestones and dependencies, and assist in implementing new workflows, tools, and process changes.
- Automation, Tooling & Data: Support automation within CRM systems and internal tools, partner with RevOps/Product/Support/CS to improve efficiency, and build dashboards to monitor KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Small Accounts Operations Manager and collaborate with Account Management, Support, Product, Marketing, and RevOps; gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve ways of working.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or similar roles within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems, workflows, automation tools, and operational processes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and using dashboards to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Exposure to Customer Success at Scale or low-touch operating models.
- Familiarity with automation tools, lifecycle management, or customer journey optimization.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
