About the Role Join Slim Chickens as a Team Member at Houchens Food Group in Owensboro, KY. This is a fast-paced front or back of house role that supports guest service, food preparation, and restaurant cleanliness. What You'll Do
- Greet and serve customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy at the point of sale.
- Prepare food and beverages and maintain cleanliness across workstations.
- Support various positions (Cashier, Food Runner, Drive-Thru, Expo, Dishwasher, Prep) as needed and during peak times.
- Assist in moving between Front of House and Back of House tasks while upholding Southern Hospitality.
- Adapt to day or night shifts and work across different restaurant areas as required. What We're Looking For
- High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure during peak lunch and dinner periods.
- Willingness to learn multiple restaurant positions and procedures.
- Availability to work in other areas and maintain flexibility as needed. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $13-$16 per hour.
