About the Role The Skin Care Specialist supports the development, testing, and implementation of new skin care services and enhancements at Massage Envy under the direction of the Skin Care Services Innovation Manager. As a technical subject matter expert, you will translate service concepts into operational, executable solutions and work with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with brand standards.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Project Managers, Operations, and Marketing to support development, implementation, and launch of new services and enhancements while maintaining operational excellence and meeting milestones.
- Develop, maintain, and update service protocols, intake forms, treatment notes, pairing guides, and documentation required for service implementation.
