Van and uniform provided, along with all power tools and plant required to carry out role.

The role and what you take care of:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Skilled Labourer to join Magna's Asset team. This position offers a varied and fulfilling routine with excellent benefits. The role requires delivering high-quality work from initial report to completion, while ensuring compliance with current legislation and meeting our customers' needs. We will support you with training and development, wellbeing support, paid volunteering time, company sick pay, a generous benefits package and annual leave that increases over your first five years.

You will be responsible for general labouring, clearance and cleaning, including basic brickwork and concrete repairs, as well as general yard and basic maintenance duties.
This role requires a skilled labourer who can work independently, demonstrate a positive attitude, and interact politely and professionally with customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota once every 10 – 12 weeks, for which you will receive an additional pay allowance.
What you need to be successful:
Proven labouring experience within the building / trade industry.
Good understanding of property repair processes and materials, with the ability to work without supervision.
Great customer service skills alongside basic IT skills, as we manage our workload and record our tasks on a mobile device (iPad).
You will need to hold a full driving license and be prepared to travel to our customer’s homes across the Dorset area.
