About this role
The Staff Pad has partnered with a full-service excavation and pipeline construction company providing comprehensive solutions for pipeline and infrastructure projects in Mabank, TX. We are seeking Skilled Construction Laborers with experience in gas or pipe work to support field operations and ongoing construction projects.
This position will assist with excavation, pipe installation, backfill, site maintenance, and material handling while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You’ll Do

Assist

with excavation, backfill, and compaction for pipeline construction

Assist

with pipe installation and related construction activities

Move,

stack, load, and organize construction materials
-
Maintain
-
a clean, safe, and organized job site
-
Operate
-
small equipment, including water pumps
-
Perform

fire watch duties as required
-
Use

a variety of hand tools and construction equipment
-
Follow
-
all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Perform

other construction and labor duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For
Experience

2+
-
years of construction experience preferred
-
Fusion experience on gas piping required
-
Previous
-
experience with gas or pipe construction preferred
