We are seeking dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Laborers to join a growing company specializing in new residential construction. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in framing, flooring installation, carpentry, or other skilled construction trades. We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, work well with a team, and can keep up in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, flooring installation, carpentry, and general construction tasks.
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately.
• Read and follow measurements, instructions, and basic construction plans.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with building and assembling structures for new residential construction.
• Perform demolition, material handling, and job site preparation as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work alongside construction crews to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on construction experience required.

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: framing, flooring, carpentry, or residential construction.

• Ability to use common hand tools and power tools.

• Basic knowledge of construction measurements and building materials.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on new residential builds.

• Experience installing flooring, framing walls, or performing finish carpentry.

• Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings.

• Experience working with a residential construction crew.
