What You'll Do
- Work with cross-functional teams on active projects to gain civilian industry exposure
- Attend mentoring sessions and training to build in-demand skills
- Assist with research, development, and analysis aligned with defense technology initiatives
- Learn best practices in program management, documentation, and security compliance
What We're Looking For
- Active duty or recently separated service member eligible for SkillBridge or equivalent program
- Interest in defense, technology, engineering, or software fields
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Ability to follow security, ethics, and compliance requirements
Nice to Have
- Prior coursework or internships in engineering, software, cybersecurity, data analytics, or related fields
- Familiarity with industry tools and methodologies (e.g., version control, testing, documentation)
