Overview
A client in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a reliable Site Watchman to oversee the security of its premises and ensure that people, equipment, and property remain safe and protected.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor the site and conduct regular patrols throughout assigned areas.

Check entrances, buildings, equipment, and other vulnerable areas for security risks.

Identify and report suspicious activity, damage, unauthorized access, or other incidents.

Respond to alarms and emergencies and escalate issues when required.

Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.

Ensure security equipment and systems are functioning and report any issues.

Support employees and visitors with basic assistance while maintaining site security.

Follow site security procedures and management instructions.
Requirements
-
Previous security, watchman, site monitoring, or similar experience is an advantage.

Vigilant with strong attention to detail.

Physically capable of conducting regular site patrols.

Good communication skills.

Able to work independently and remain alert during assigned shifts.

Basic knowledge of security practices and emergency procedures.
