Job title: Site TC & IS Metier Manager
About the Role A full-time Site TC & IS Metier Manager based in Hyderabad will lead the successful implementation of train control systems across projects, driving operational excellence and standardization. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deploy standard TC&IS processes and methodologies, manage resources and initiatives, and support technical and process challenges to ensure safe architectures.
What You'll Do
- Deploy standard processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure TC&IS efficiency.
- Develop and share reusable design patterns within your domain.
- Align resources with project needs and manage workforce staffing.
- Support projects with technical and process challenges while ensuring sound and safe architectures.
- Define subcontracting strategies and manage investment requests.
- Lead Return on Experience reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly update TC&IS costing models to reflect process improvements.
- Network with peers across sites to share workload and competencies.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- 15-18 years of hands-on experience in domain activities within Railways, Automotive, or Aerospace.
- 5-7 years of experience in team and project management, preferably with multi-metier or multi-site teams.
- Strong knowledge of train systems, including system analysis and railways.
- Proficiency in resource allocation and workload management.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing standard processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
