- Role: Site Supervisor (Furniture & Interior Fit-Out)
- Location: Ikeja, Lagos Mainland (Must reside on Mainland)
- Salary: ₦300,000 Monthly Net
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Section: Responsibilities
- Supervise furniture installation, interior fit-out, carpentry & finishing works
- Coordinate carpenters, installers, artisans & contractors on site
- Read and interpret technical, architectural & furniture production drawings
- Take accurate site measurements and confirm site readiness
- Plan daily/weekly activities, manpower, tools & materials
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets & productivity
- Inspect materials and finished works for quality compliance
- Prepare and manage snag lists and ensure prompt correction
- Supervise loading, delivery, offloading & installation of furniture
- Manage materials/tools to minimize waste, loss & pilferage
- Conduct daily safety briefings & enforce PPE rules
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers & consultants
- Prepare daily site reports with photos, manpower & material updates
Section: Requirements
- Background: 3-4+ years as Site Supervisor in a Furniture Manufacturing / Interior Fit-Out company is COMPULSORY
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and installation methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp (strong advantage)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
- HND / Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field
