On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Site Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh.
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor supports the supervision of daily façade installation activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Responsibilities:

Support the supervision of daily façade installation activities according to approved drawings and procedures.

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower, and materials.

Assist with site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure activities are completed as planned.

Check that façade components are installed according to shop drawings and approved methods.

Support HSE and quality requirements, including safety checks and identification of site issues.

Report technical, material, or installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Maintain basic records of daily progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.

Support the team in checking completed works and following up on defect rectification.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
-
Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in
-
construction or site-related work.

Basic understanding of
-
construction drawings and site activities.

Basic knowledge of HSE and
-
quality requirements.

Good communication, teamwork,
-
and organizational skills.

Willingness to work on-site and
-
learn façade installation and construction practices.
-
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
Compensation Decisions:
- Salary: SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month
