About the Role

Join Cape Fox Corporation as the Site Security Manager (SSM) for the National Capital Region (DIA) project. You will draft and implement the Construction Security Plan (CSP) across NCR sites, conduct risk assessments, ensure ICD/ICS-705 compliance, and provide security oversight across construction activities for USG approval.

What You'll Do

• Draft the CSP and outline threat and risk mitigation strategies for multiple NCR sites for USG approval.

• Implement the USG approved CSP by the 35 percent construction design mark and oversee its ongoing execution.

• Participate in meetings, design reviews, and working groups, providing security input from a SCIF/SAPF perspective.

• Conduct initial and ongoing risk assessments; coordinate with AO/SSO and GC on site security requirements.

• Ensure ICD/ICS-705 compliance and perform periodic security inspections; document violations and notify AO/SSO within 3 business days.

• Maintain site access control procedures, CST and CAG documentation, and worker/vendor lists for final accreditation files.

• Coordinate on-site SSM staffing with Construction Contractor schedule; develop SOPs for SSM staff; apply inspection methods for materials, tools, personnel, and items.

• Initiate and update FFC and TEMPEST checklists; oversee STC and IEEE-299 testing in support of CSPs.

• Travel to NCR sites as required (10-25 percent).

• What We're Looking For

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI polygraph on file or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.

• Six (6) years minimum security experience related to SCIF construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter Intelligence Operations, Counter Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, or Physical Security.

• Three (3) years minimum direct ICD-705 construction project experience or working as a Physical Security SSO.

• CST/SSO level experience at project location; knowledge of 16 standard divisions of construction and listening devices used by foreign intelligence services.

• Valid certificates for 32 hour SSM Training Course and 40 hour CST Training Course.

• Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and ICD/ICS-705; experience on at least one ICD-705 project.

• Bachelor's degree in security or intelligence or equivalent with 10+ years of physical security officer experience.

• Willingness to work at multiple NCR sites and travel domestically for short term mission tasks.
