Site Security Manager (SSM)
Required Qualifications/Experience
Active, TS/SCI security clearance, and either have a current CI Polygraph, or willing to take a CI polygraph, prior to employment. Must have a minimum of six (6) years of security experience specifically related SCIF construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working on ICD-705 construction projects or working as a Physical Security SSO. Direct experience for the SSM Level I means working at the project location as a CST, or SSM. Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply sixteen (16) standard division of construction and technical listening devices commonly used by foreign intelligence services. Must hold a valid certificate for the successful completion of a thirty-two (32) Hour or greater SSM Training Course. Must hold a valid certificate for the successful completion of a forty (40) Hour or greater CST Training Course. Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) classification guidelines and procedures ICD/ICS-705 and experience on at least one (1) separate ICD-705 projects. Bachelor’s degree in security or intelligence field or equivalent work experience with a minimum of ten (10) years of physical security officer. Must be flexible and willing to work at multiple work sites within the National Capital Region (NCR). Must be willing to travel domestically for short term mission required tasks.
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $120,640- $124,800.
The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
