Job title: Site Reliability Engineer
Responsibilities
- Build the design, development, and operation of a high-scale monitoring and observability platform
- Architect real-time data pipelines for telemetry ingestion using event-driven technologies (e.g., Kafka)
- Build and evolve asset inventory and management systems, ensuring data consistency and traceability
- Define and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Support automation, standardization, and platform reliability
- Develop advanced dashboards, alerting, and observability capabilities (Grafana)
- Contribute to engineering best practices, mentoring, and technical direction
Qualifications
- Deep experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps (Senior Skillsets)
- Advanced experience in Linux and open-source ecosystems
- Practical experience with: Monitoring & Observability platforms, Kafka or similar streaming technologies, SQL for large-scale data analysis, Grafana or equivalent visualization tools, Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Solid Python scripting and automation experience
- Experience with data pipeline tooling (ETL/ELT) (e.g. Redpanda Connect or similar)
- Background in large-scale IoT or device-heavy environments
