About the Role Experian are currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing Product Development team. The team is undergoing a transformation to become a product-led organization, focusing on building more efficient, reliable products that deliver value to clients. This role emphasizes automating operations, monitoring performance, and contributing to our technology strategy for the future. What You'll Do
- Delivery of high-quality infrastructure as code solutions and CI/CD pipelines
- Implementation of monitoring solutions for client-facing products and internal data pipelines, including intelligent alarming for quicker incident detection and resolution
- Track and manage infrastructure & application vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and product managers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production and non-production environments, providing root cause analysis and designing solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Determine areas of inefficient resource utilization and implement changes to ensure both platform stability and cost efficiency
- Communicate status and risks to stakeholders
- Development of and adherence to policies and procedures to ensure all work is executed to a high standard What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of managing AWS workloads, with particular focus on ECS and EKS clusters
- Good understanding of key architectural principles such as high availability, disaster recovery and platform resiliency
- 5 years of working experience in the DevOps Environment
- DevOps skillset including Terraform and Jenkins
